Dear Valued Customer:

 

We appreciate your faith and trust in our services over the years.  Staying true to our commitment of transparency, we are informing all our customers that due to the increase in material, fixed costs, labor, and supply chain costs, we must raise our rates effective July 15, 2021.  It should be noted that we have not had a rate increase in 6 years.  This rate change will help us to continue to improve communication, efficiencies, and expand services offered.

 

Our new labor rate will be $75.00 per hour with a minimum per service fee of a $100.00.  Our construction and renovation prices will continue to be based on time and materials or if client requires, a bid.
